Alternator belt - 9.5 x 965 or 975 (I installed the shorter). Manual also specifies a 9.1 x 9XX option.
I bought Bando 2380 Precision Engineered V-Belt

Finally got a good rear bumper (and for only $50) to go with the corrected brackets I got from Anton. Planning to install before drive to Brisbane.
What size plugs did people use for the tiny screw-holes (that were used to mount the bumper shield for the big bumpers)?
And, for the bigger bolt holes where the bumper accordions mounted to the fenders? Want to pick these up on the way back home tonight.
Could not find the plug sizes with a quick search -- though I think someone did post it.

There is a vent hole on the cap and a bit of oil could leak out there as the oil splashes round on bouncy roads. I too had noticed it was not full to the top and topped up. A couple of weeks later I noticed oil seepage around the cap area.
Nope. I bet you've got the wires interchanged -- that's the exact symptom. Unscrew the front blinker on the side where this happens (choose any if it happens on both sides). Interchange the wires and try.

I don't believe that the heat shield has any impact on noise. The original cast iron exhaust is heavy and probably has more noise absorbing qualities than the thin heat shield.
+1.
On the compactness point -- I wonder if Steve could create a compact theme where each topic list takes up only one line. Even the current Mobile theme is does not achieve that and so is not compact enough.

I can't tell from the stickers on my car as to whether they were glossy or not. I hope someone else will address.
JAS - the punctuation font is off quite a bit. Look at the " as an example. Can you printer choose another font for punctuation that is closer?

The Bosch sticker is to replace a damaged sticker on mine. But, Red coils were not factory issue.
While I am partial towards being original -- I'm not going for out the showroom look -- at least on this car. But, I'd like reproductions of factory items to be as true as possible.

BTW, would your printer know what font was used by Bosch for their logo and for their labels (like on the coils)? I'd like to repro the red coil labels.

Quite similar. It must not be exactly this font -- note the difference in the letter "T" -- the length of the top line is different. The spacing between the letters of a word (kerning) needs to be widened just a bit. Also, the first 2 colons should be semi colons - and note the size differences of the colon and semi-colon.
i'm in at that price.
