It looks like a nicely modified tii. there's lots to like here...

but me being a late model 'slot' wheel fan I'm shocked and appalled at what they did with that two tone treatment lol. i'd paint em stock grey/silver and add factory the trim rings (Lebowski style')

Since it's BAT I'll put my estimate at $42k.

Those are actually e21/turbo rims (5 1/2” wide) painted to emulate the turbo look. Unlike most — who mistakenly think the turbo centers were black — this one got the “turbo look” almost right: medium gray with silver rim. This doesn’t mean I like to see square taillight steelies on round taillights, or vice versa. ?

Best regards,

Steve

I find the wheel treatment refreshing.  I don't think I've seen that combo before.  Are they also deeper?

Edit:  Steve cleared that up.  I guess I have seen the wheels before, but not on an Inka car.

The only modification I find strange is the headliner and sunroof crank handle.  I didn't see any pics of the open sunroof, so I'm wondering...is it stock or AM.

...and a few (deleted/missing) things that can be put right easily, so not worth nitpicking.

I'll go with $39K.

I like it!

i hope it sells well.

i like the wheels, but more on a squarie.

Another rear battery holder, at least the owner can change the oil and work on the alternator without teaching the neighbourhood a new language!

i was just reading the recent alternator thread and thinking, now if they only didn’t have a battery tray?

im surprised how many of our cars have this mod given the new smaller AGM batteries, mind you after the weekend I had carrying tools, I wish I had fitted mine for a tie off point.

Not a big fan of the cold air idea, I think Bo Blacks old modified inlet is probably best, not sure this would be better at anything other than WOT!

Oops digression?

To each his own, those wheels on that car are minus $12,000 for me. They make me look deep into the soul of the seller and find him wanting. Sure you can take them off but you can't take away the memory.

I largely agree, Michael, only quibbling with the $12,000 number (if I were bidding, I’d assume I needed to immediately pay $2,000 for OEM rims and CN36’s). This car, without the spoiler, and with stock steelies or early OEM alloys and CN36’s, would appeal to many, many more prospective buyers. And that would probably translate into a materially-higher price. $12,000? Well... maybe! ?

Best regards,

Steve

Despite the mods I'm sticking with $42k. It's BAT!

And I haven’t disagreed with you. I’m just saying that I believe some of these highly-personal choices are limiting his market.

I’ve seen this car in person at C&C in ATL in Feb.  Nicely done.  I must say, some of those repair bills posted in the listing are crazy!  Very glad I read FAQ, it’s saved me Huge $$$!

I would not want to be selling a car right now in the current economy, it will effect the final number a lot IMO.
