    This was the second year for our show, turned out great! I didn't bring my Tii but one of those 356's was mine. I tried hard to get my 356 group out to the show, 11 showed up.

This is the car - bought by a friend mine, then sold to Steve and now owned by Craig. The Kfish still has the wire fuel hose holder on it! I need to borrow that so I can fabricate a copy!

    I had a similar buzzing noise in my car that only started at higher rpm's, it was really hard to figure out where it was coming from. I finally realized that the shift knob wasn't screwed all the down. Buzzing gone.

    Thanks Steve, I had GAHH send me some extra material that I had the upholstery guy use to make the pockets using the originals as guides.

    My rear seats have 35 pleats, GAHH does a very nice job.

    BTW, when you buy new screws from W&N etc, they will be yellow. In addition, the repair manual shows 2 different screws being used in the same spot, Hex vs Phillips

    What do you think a Tii engine is worth? I'm thinking about selling the one I just took out of my car after rebuilding the original one. I'm using the Kfish and some other Tii parts on the new engine. It only has 18,000 miles on it and was built by BMW as a replacement engine in '87.

    I have a friend who races very expensive vintage cars. He had another friend who wanted to go to dinner to discuss getting into the game. At dinner, Jerry asked him if he had $100 bill on him, he handed it over and Jerry put it into the candle at the table and let it burn. Jerry told him it that bothers you, don’t get into racing. Pretty much sums up old cars.
