Whatever you replace, I'd start soaking the nuts and bolts NOW with PB Blaster. By lifting the back seat bottom, you can access the ends of the front bolts for the thrust rod.
I see only one picture of the side of the bushing, which is steel. What are people seeing that looks like wear?
Normally, you want to jack on the rear crossmember and front frame rails, or middle of the front crossmember and support on frame rails, i.e. avoid the rockers and floor.
