Roundel orientation on wheels

The optimum position of the roundel on a BMW is rotating.

off to move the tires so that the lettering's right side up when the roundel's right side up and the valve stem is in the correct orientation and to adjust the lettering on the oil filter can so it aligns with all of this...

I have always oriented my wheel Roundels like this. Even with the hubcaps. 
 

The BMW weighted center caps, solve the problem of getting everything properly oriented at shows.

My rationale is the extra weight of the "M" offsets the weight of the valve stem to keep the wheel in proper balance.

A rotating roundel that follows the turn of the steering wheel.

How did you do that?

Buy a porsche, it’s easier to align the bottom of the crest with the valve stem.
