Recently shipped two classic cars from the west coast to the midwest. Both arrived without any damage thankfully. For one of the cars, however, the customer service from US Luxury Shippers was poor in my opinion. Communication was great while getting their quote and arranging the pick-up day, but after that they basically disappeared. No updates on the ETA and on delivery day when there was an issue on the payment, they never replied to email/phone call/text causing me to work things out with the driver.
I'll look elsewhere next time I need to ship a car,
