i've used both hella's and now cibie e code H4's with philips +80 bulbs

the cibie's have a sharper cutoff than the hella's and the philip's bulbs help a lot

if you go with an advanced bulb you will need to upgrade the wiring to the bulbs with relays per the daniel stern website recommendation or you'll burn up your light switch on your dashboard

either lamp will be a huge improvement over sealed beams

now, if you have some money to spend, you can upgrade to eurobuckets and then upgrade to HID lighting. blunt has this on his colorado S14 powered car and the headlights are awesome

you can email him on this board. he's a good guy (most of the time) ha ha

Hella H4's with Susquehanna Motorsports complete wiring harness and relays.

Easy to install and a huge improvement over the stock GE brand halogen headlights I was running. I have the stock tii alternator, so adding the relays really helped.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&vxp=mtr&item=300690588879#ht_6634wt_1396 I picked up these headlights because I wanted to get away from the sealed beams and I quite enjoyed the idea of the halo... I think it turned out great!:

Note: The photo is just the halo, the headlights are not turned on.

Hi jgerock

Thanks for the info on the plug and play wiring harness to convert stocked sealed beams to H4 headlamps! Do you have the part number for that particular wiring harness?

Thanks very much

Bill
