NLA.  According to the seat diagram on RealOEM, it is called a "cover" and the part number is 52101807190

 

I'm guessing your best bet would be a WTB ad.  Someone will have a nice one for you and it will be cheap to ship it.

There are all kinds of oval grommets out there.  Seems like there's one that might fit or can be modified to fit.  There's even some cool metal options.

The eBay grommet got snatched up yesterday, right after Jae posted it.  

 

I'm guessing that the WTB ad might see some action, if it included WTP information.  As in, "willing to pay $_____."

 

These parts were less than $2 from BMW, yet the eBay part sold for almost $20.  I'll bet someone would step up and sell one, if they knew they could get that much.

 

It's hard to get excited about selling puny parts, since it's often the same amount of footwork as more expensive items.

My recall conjures up a metal female part in the carpet over a male part screwed into the floor.  Even my 1990 Bimmer replace carpet had the appropriate covers.  Do I have to go look? ?

 

Seems like a common British or marine application.

 

My Cocomats stick like glue but my wifes' have the skucum plastic eyelets.
