2 blue volumes of the factory repair manual

or 2 blue volumes of the factory parts manual?

the repair manual is good for a lot of things, but I do find myself staring at the parts manuals often, particularly when I’ve taken something apart or off and can’t figure out how to reassemble

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.

Both! Those parts schematics can be very helpful! (My copies of the parts manual are in white binders.)

Not much, I would say they are “in the public domain”, they are on this website and can be had pretty cheap on eBay.
