Going down Tuesday to enjoy the area, then head to Asheville Thursday.
No 2002 but will be a fact finding and searching for a roundie to buy.
Planned on taking my E39 Touring but I doubt I will have my new interior swapped in .
Going as a spectator and fact finding mission. Who knows maybe someone will have a for sale sign on a roundie with potential. Looking forward to a good road trip in my e39 touring.
Thought about the factory tour another member recommended a Pinball Museum in Asheville.
Pretty sure my Son would enjoy that. Will check out the visitors bureau site.
So we're heading down to The Vintage maybe Tuesday. I'm looking for suggestions on what to see or do while in that area.
We plan may be a low key day in the mountains and we would like to see the BMW Museum also.
I've been to the Biltmore so no need to go again. Any thoughts on some cool stuff to see in such a beautiful area with a couple extra days ?
Thanks Conserv, correct the front looks to be replaced with a square taillight front nose at least.
It's hard to tell with missing center grill in the pictures, also it shouldn't have the snorkel.
The owner said it was close to the reserve. Just a little surprised it didn't sell.
