  1. Installed a new distributor housing gasket Not a washer to be found when taking it off. Know wonder it leaked so much. Installed a 123 Distributor also, still needs a bit of tweaking to get things correct. How do people handle the old condenser wire that goes nowhere now ?
  2. Since we got side tracked a bit. I have Tim Jason Performance air cleaner. He will basically make everything to your spec.
  3. Thats a nice 2002. Very fair price I think. GLWS
  4. Couple of hose clamps wouldn't hurt on that short hose after you replace the cloth covered hose.
  5. 2019 had a square tail in black that you could right on with chalk. Don't recall ever seeing a green one anywhere.
  6. Major major project. Agree 6-7k at best. Looks to be a home for many a mouse. He looks to be a hoarder of sorts and this needs everything.🙁 I understand the lost puppy can I bring it home but I would run.
  7. This is something I need to do also. Theres like twenty different Hylomar products. What specific one are people using or recommend ? tia
  8. I have an AEM AFR that I like very much. Just have it in a gauge pod and tucked in the corner. It has enough slack in the wires so I can set it up on the dash while trying to tune my DCOE'S. Appears I need to dust my interior. 🙁
  9. I have that keychain. Purchased at The Foundation maybe three years ago for like $5.00. I didn't see it on their website. 2002 AD has them but they want $20. ouch. 🙁
  10. What about stone chips or a scratch ? You can't just touch it up with new powder coat. You would need to strip it. Hood would be one thing but nick a quarter panel then what ?
  11. I have the header and the KoogleWerks exhaust with a center exit. Its the Street quiet version not the Race version, still a bit loud though. Not cheap but both pieces are very well done and beautiful. I bought both when he first released them so I missed the price increase. Maybe $200. less on both pieces. My oldest is a metal fabricator and was impressed with the quality and price. He does custom Vintage V8 stuff. Cost run 4k to 8k. I think the KoogleWerks header is the nicest one out there and the exhaust is as nice as any I've seen. Plus Forrest is a really good guy and answers all of my dumb questions.
  12. The Candela Mfg shots are of the KoogleWerks header. Mine is two years old now I think.
  13. I think its been at The Vintage. Looks familiar neat car.
  14. I have the @halboyles third brake light not cheap but mine is maybe four years old and works great. Support the people that Support the Sport. https://www.2002sonly.com/product-page/third-high-center-led-brake-light
  15. Looks like Inka to me. Mine is Audi Glut Orange but identifies as Colorado. 🙂
  16. 13,14 or 15 inch tires ?
  17. On topic is this who your looking for ? Has his email address also in the thread. https://www.bmw2002faq.com/forums/topic/315369-new-batch-of-hobiedave-ac-brackets/#comment-1564431 Off topic, I love dogs. Oldest Son owned an Evo when he got his dog thus the name Mitsu.
  18. Thank You , timjasonperformance.com He's a one man show and will build them to how you want air cleaners or valve covers done. He called me at home, he went over every detail to make sure I got what I wanted. https://timjasonperformance.com/
  19. Mine is mounted on the inner fender then to the front DCOE. The firewall was a bit crowded on my car and the PO had a gas hard line that went under the car then upwards at the front of car so was somewhat direct.
  20. I used Superbriteleds.com with good luck. Been in since 2019 with no problems. LED's are dimmable and no polarity issues. Also have NAPA el 13 flasher relay. https://www.superbrightleds.com/vehicle?find=1973-bmw-2002-6903346&sid=izLDHMhEIu
  21. Congrats, glad someone that likes 2002s won. Looks to be a great car.
