  1. Well kinda. I want to be able to save/follow topics that I've searched for. Example: Earlier I was searching for shifter rebuild threads. I found a couple that would be useful. I'm looking for a way to save those, so I don't have to search all over again. I did see the "follow" option, I clicked on it, and then went to the "content I follow" section. I didn't see that particular thread in the list. The only threads in my list are ones I've started or replied to. Edit: nevermind Steve, I see some of the threads now in the content I follow section. Not sure why they didn't show up the first time.
  2. Is there a way to save a thread/post without replying to it? I want to save some old threads without having to bump them. Possible?
  3. Did you get this thing ordered? was it the right piece? I'm in the same boat......
  4. Quick update. Here is our preliminary route, pending a recon drive, and a couple of pictures of the bridges we'll see. Trust me, you'll want to see these bridges and their settings in person! 7. As a fellow engineer, I can understand the idea the use of modern technology in these cars. However, what I love about my car is the lack of technology. I feel like I've had to learn to drive all over again since purchasing my car last year, and I've loved every minute of it. It's a more grounded, visceral feeling than any modern car can provide (IMO). The noise, the smells, etc. I'm sure you feel the same way. Now, that being said. Go for it! I'm not poo-pooing any of your ideas. As a matter of fact, it would be very interesting to see what can be accomplished with these cars with some modern technology.
  8. On my 75, the clear wire splice was fairly close to where the whole mess goes into the fuse panel.

Would you consider selling just the horn button? If so, please shoot me an email. Thanks.
  13. I had an issue similar a few years ago. I bought a refinished set of strut tubes, there was enough gunk/rust/paint in the bottoms to not allow my HD's to sit all the way down. I found a piece of steel long enough to reach the bottom and was able to get it cleaned out enought for the shocks to fit properly. May not be your issue, but may want to look.....
