'74 Tii Car Part Out

Recommended Posts

Parting out the rest of my '74 Tii, pretty much a complete chassis rust is just too severe. Engine and trans are pulled, most of those parts are still available as well. Nothing yet is spoken for so first come, first served. Nothing is pulled off the car yet so I will not take any $ until it is ready to go but if you express interest, I will put your name on that part and let you know when it is ready. Prices are not yet set so let me know what you need and we will figure it out. I prefer emails to scalabro86(at)yahooDOTcom. I have tons of other parts as well so if you need something else, just ask and I will check on it for you. If you need a piece of the chassis, just let me know. I can cut it out for you and have it on its way. RF frame rail and floors are toast, rockers and other areas are not too good either. Rear shock towers are perfect tho, fronts are not too bad.

Some parts pulled and prices for them, prices do not include shipping. I accept paypal to scalabro86@yahoo.com

Preston, it does not have any parts of a center console anymore. I had all the pieces but most of them have been sold off in another one of my for sale threads on this site.

Some parts are removed and ready for sale. Any exterior trim are easy to get at. All windows are good, small rock chip in the windshield. Fenders are off, turn signals, reflectors, headlights out, grill and front suspension. All ready to go as well as the engine parts. Interior is tan in color and mostly complete. Door cards are in good shape

Don,

Sorry I did not get an email from you about the head. The one I have is an E12, reman'ed from Ireland Engineering a few years and just a few thousand miles ago. I am asking $300 for the head. My engine part out thread is here

BMW Neue Klasse - a birth of a Sports Sedan

Unveiling of the Neue Klasse Unveiled in 1961, BMW 1500 sedan was a revolutionary concept at the outset of the '60s. No tail fins or chrome fountains. Instead, what you got was understated and elegant, in a modern sense, exciting to drive as nearly any sports car, and yet still comfortable for four.   The elegant little sedan was an instant sensation. In the 1500, BMW not only found the long-term solution to its dire business straits but, more importantly, created an entirely new

History of the BMW 2002 and the 02 Series

In 1966, BMW was practically unknown in the US unless you were a touring motorcycle enthusiast or had seen an Isetta given away on a quiz show.  BMW’s sales in the US that year were just 1253 cars.  Then BMW 1600-2 came to America’s shores, tripling US sales to 4564 the following year, boosted by favorable articles in the Buff Books. Car and Driver called it “the best $2500 sedan anywhere.”  Road & Track’s road test was equally enthusiastic.  Then, BMW took a cue from American manufacturers,

    The BMW 2002 Production Run

BMW 02 series are like the original Volkswagen Beetles in one way (besides both being German classic cars)—throughout their long production, they all essentially look alike—at least to the uninitiated:  small, boxy, rear-wheel drive, two-door sedan.  Aficionados know better.   Not only were there three other body styles—none, unfortunately, exported to the US—but there were some significant visual and mechanical changes over their eleven-year production run.   I’ve extracted t
