Starting work on replicating the hat tray speaker kit. I am prepping this piece as a plug for mold making. Just an FYI.

It will be the final piece to my audio kit. Pretty exciting. I'm trying to have it ready for Vintage.

just a thought...which you may have already considered..

make sure the center back part of this is low enough to clear a third brake light mounted at bottom center of glass.

I just started the project and the rear tray is the one section I have not figured out just yet. Was thinking of trying to leverage a standard tray I have, but it leaves a few small gaps. Not enough progress to post a picture yet. If I make some headway this weekend, I'll post something.

I actually have seen this set up on an 02, many, many years ago and always wanted to make one...these look great, like rear headrests.
