Turquoise covers the largest area of the color triangle of any color.  That is, more colors are perceived as Turquoise than any other color, but is Turkis Blue or Green?

Acquired just 4 months ago from a seller in The Netherlands who had it for about a year, but just had a lovely 2 hour WhatsApp chat yesterday with the owner previous to him (of 20 years) in Portugal who was responsible for getting the car to its current condition. I had hoped to confirm the color as Atlantik Blau but he said he had it repainted years ago and all he could remember was that it was a custom color.

 

Sure looks like Atlantik to me, but assessing any car's color from a photo is always very tricky.
