  1. I have almost identical part & location. 1/8" fittings from/for runner (i recall?). I used off the shelf pneumatic dividing block (name?). Keep volumes as small as possible. For map i use a small filter in line to clear all pulsations away - i like ecu to see nice trace. I don't have b/booster so dunno if that changes picture. + 1 outlet is for pop off valve (forced induction). hth
  2. What is the logic behind block casting datum? K is 11th letter in alphabet.

  4. And when you do get them out, put some oil in the struts with those new Bilsteins - helps to cool them and they will never ever rust in place.
  5. Mine is at 471 hp @ 7700 rpm and 497 Nm @ 5714 rpm. 1.8 L M10 engine, 1.75 bar boost. Dyno-mite axle hub dyno.
  6. I use custom steering arms + plates so i need longer bolts than oem. I have them loctited and safety wired. Regular checks keeps things from falling a part. Those three bolts are prone to loosen.
  7. L model has that same grab handle for driver side as passenger.
  8. Measure distance from sealing face to pulley face. I belive you find something there. Source E21/12/28 pulley and call it a day. Last picture is nice but don't really show neck height difference.
  9. Wrong water pump? Seems that crank and alt pulleys are in line but wp is not. Maybe E21 wp pulley fixes your misaligment.
  10. Done that. My motor mounts resembles oem dimensions - about. Reinforced framerails. Ended up welding additional tube underneath bracket line from farmerail to framerail and welded additional upward reinfocements to brackets from there. It kinda flexed a bit without tube & supports so i didn't feel like risking anything.
  11. I had to look... 24.5 mm so 1" is in line with that regard.
  12. I.D. for that AN fitting? Smaller than oem hose i.d.? Daring? I wouldn't hinder the flow specially with that engine of yours. Never done that so i could very well be wrong. Maybe good size 90 deg Al-angle tube welded? Dunno if air bleeding from the top portion is needed but i would do it anyway - just in case.
  13. 4. Get 2nd hand upper cover that matches you head height or is taller than that and have it machined to height required. pos. 2 is not an option!
  14. Classics... easy: Led Zeppelin & Uriah Heep (early stuff). More modern - way too much to list but somehow Judas Priest: Painkiller hits the spot every singe time.
  15. Excellent! You are really getting down with it. It'll be great when ready. Keep up the good work!
  16. I think he means the two head bolts that are not under valvecover?
  17. Imo no. Carb fuel pick up is way too small - oem is like 10 mm o.d. You need to make it bigger and add return line tab about 8 mm o.d. Then you have fuel gushing up and down in sender unit which will then show potatoes in your dash. -> need different/isolated pick up/return piece as Tii/turbo has. Can't you salvage Tii's tank?
  18. Individual balancing will get you a long way. Have been this road with my turbo engines long time and had no issues so far.
