I may be partial, but I prefer the beauty of the french Riviera myself.  I think BMW had a theme with their colors.

I have Natchtblau (Night Blue) as Paint Code 040, Ditzler PPG Code 14148, Acme Rogers Code 91013, Dupont Code CG441, Martin Senour Code 21501, one off the BMW and Ditzler PPG Codes for Atlantik (041 and 14149), formulas are very similar but different.  It is possible that Pacific Blue was replaced by, or the same as Natchtblau, but all three colors have different codes for all cross referenced manufacturers.  With a date of 1964, Pacific Blue could have been an early Nue Klasse color that was later replaced by Natchtblau.  Someone may have more information.
