I made sure Papa got to have turns in my ‘71 before he couldn’t. He was sooo nervous. He was being kinda easy and I told him to plant it. He did.. in first gear and was into the rev limiter almost immediately :) “Shift, Papa!!”

 

He loved to hear those side drafts roaring.

I love the performance of electric cars but they are different, we all know that. Why I hold onto my 75 that hasn't turned a wheel in anger in about a year?   I fear that I won't be able to feel connected to any other vehicle I buy. 

 

One day it will be the last day.  Rev the nuts off it, before you can't.
