OP, if ya think people are rude around the 02 community just go browsing on some more bro-ish or snobby-genre car forums. In my experience the '02 community is beyond stellar. Community members, vendors, etc. GLOBALLY.  

 

I'd challenge ya to find a thread where someone didn't at least try to help. 

 

Typically even the heaviest of sarcastic answers I get are a veiled nudge in the right direction. And it's probably because I'm asking a dumb enough question and it's just a friendly nudge that I just need to think harder or put in a bit more effort to get to the solution.

 

And it ain't even harsh enough to call tough love, just good fun. Nuthin' to get butt-hurt about. 

 

And don't feel like ya gotta sulk back into the reeds and retire from the FAQ or 02 community all-together from a little misunderstanding. 

 

I'm sure it'll be water under the bridge once we've all had our bit of fun... Ain't much else to do these days.
