Wait. What? Is this your car — gorgeous one-piece dash, Frigiking A/C, and Becker Grand Prix stereo — or your goal?

Regards,

Steve

Haha, if only you saw the list of work that's been done to it since those first two items! I don't think there is a single mechanical part that hasn't needed work or replacement.

Seriously?  You guys are both in NY and we're just now getting to this point?

Excuse me, Dave-from-friendly-Colorado. New Yorkers do not even make eye contact, ever! ???

Anonymity is the secret to jamming 8 million people into a small space... ?

Oddly, I’m guessing we might have the only two ‘02’s with Becker Grand Prix Stereos with Bluetooth. Must be a totally-cool New York thing. ?

Best regards,

Steve

When I purchased my first BMW (a 1974 2002tii) back in 1986, it had these "weird" 6Jx13 minilite magnesium wheels on it.  I didn't like the look of those "weird" wheels, so the first thing I did was trade them to a friend for his set of the stock steel wheels.  What a dummy I was ? It had the magnesium lug nuts too...

Haha! Yeah what Steve said, but Steve you should come out for the next Cars & Coffee meetup!

I've tried Rich. He's chained to the keyboard, weighed down by decades of BMW reference books and snapshots.
