  1. @Tdh yes, nose part is heavily cut. It is just GF outer skin & some pipes to support. And firewall is modified too. Engine sits about 200 mm more back from oe position. Be cuz racecar ;j
  2. At the bottom of the last pic you’ll see two coolers. Nearest to engine is for water and lager intercooler is stacked in front of it. There is oil cooler too. Tuned not to detonate.
  3. Driver side, below the alt is dry sump oil pump. All blue hoses (exept 4 feeding itb’s) are for coolant. 2nd pic there is a short one on compressor outlet.
  4. Thank you. A skilled friend made it for me so it’s one off i’m afraid. External wg, Tial 46.
  5. Here says 24 psi f/r for Jensen Healey (about same weight) so suppose it’s close? Start from there and go up to 30 if it likes it better?
  6. Nice ride! That vid is criminally too short!!!
  7. Can't comment about that material but if it's good when submerged in oil, copes 120 C temp then i suppose it'll work. I remember oe o-rings to be soft(ish) - they only provide an oil seal so compressing like 0.1 - 0.2 mm should be enough. I think.
  8. I made mine with E21 crossmember with modified front fixing points = shortened to suit, rear holes fits 02 chassis holes. So i use E21 rack location although i replaced oe steel camp/bush thingie with solid u-clamps. Steering arms are made from 7075Al which has E21 dimensions but not as much trailing kpa line (to suit 02 strut). Moog used to have online measurements for rod ends: i have used Subaru & Ford inner bits.
  9. Idk, boost? Small water leak that i was chasing for some time finally got bigger big time! Has to have been a small fracture that opened at wot condition only. Oh well, towards new adventures...
  10. Disassembling the engine. I think i found where it leaked 😂💀💀
  11. No oil/ oil pump dead: Conrod bearings welded to crank journals. hope not
  12. I have these: Hjuldolly, 2 st. - Biltema.fi WWW.BILTEMA.FI Skålad vagn, s.k. hjuldolly, tillverkad av 2,5 mm stålplåt. Passar de flesta bilhjul. Försedd med sidoförstärkningar och vridbara, kraftiga hjul. Säljs parvis. works pretty well.
  13. Pipe pliers. Rotate back ’n forth. Maybe they come easily & can be used again, maybe not. Don’t scrape block surface.
  14. You had them 4 years or are they truly just 4 years old (stamps confirms)? Rubber ages so there is that but… bad batch? Four years of intense welding near them not bagged?
  15. Drove it to garage. Winter is coming... The North remembers!
  16. Here ya go I do want to try their cam someday.
  17. Drum brake i assume… a shoe loose and/or cracked drum.
  18. Check discs th & runout are within the limits. How much taper pads have? Too much gets you issues. Flipping (regularly) them over gets even wear and thus more life out of them.

  20. The switch has nothing to do with locking. The key is literally key here. Turn it to unlock. W/out key it will lock when shaft is turned enough to engage lever to a slot.
