  1. But will that work on an 02 wiper arm? And if it’s tight it pops out hard so be ready catch it. Some towels etc saves the paint.

  6. Change oil. Install it. Not hard. If it has been sitting in same position for a long time stuff over oil level might have rusted. Atleast they’re dry. Some howling is to be expected for first couple of km’s.

  8. Pull off instrument cluster to see if all wires are still connected (two silvery knurled knobs are holding it from behind).
  9. It runs again! Had to change cam sensor & toyed air gap to 0.9 mm. Now sauna and icecream.
  10. What dta ecu u running? There are lots of download stuff at their web site and a forum for users. I have run DTA s60 ecu like 15 years and none of my problems have been with the ecu unit. And it has been tuned with more modern pc computers.

  14. That trim line edge is bent inwards closing gap to door. Edge line ”drops”. Muscle that up to match the door. That’s what i’d try first. oh and you’ll probably need heat to shrink some of the metal.
  15. Yeah newer engines runs hotter (and higher pressures - remember to check that plastic cap too). I have seen 80˚C and 85˚C stats on M10s, no higher. Turbo was 75˚C and i think factory race version was 70˚C.
  16. Depends on fuel you got. Generally low boost & high cr or high boost & lower cr. 8.5 to 9:1 & 2 bar(ish) is nice but that’s just me.
  17. Took E36 twin disc Tilton TOB and shortened to oe dimension. Now i have metal core, replaceable bearing with round contact surface which is better for my clutch pressure plate fingers.
