I’m contemplating flying to LA the weekend of this event.  I’ve got some flyer miles to burn and the wife’s been itching to go somewhere.  My other option is a rally in the southeast I generally do every year, but it looks like the turnout this year will be poor.  
 

will any of you.knuckleheads be there, and if so is it good event to attend?  I obviously will be sans my ‘02 but it would be nice to see/meet some other ‘02 fanatics.

Lots of us will be there - there's even a contingent driving down from the bay area. I will be volunteering with the new e36 section and will have my 318ti there. I did register my 1600 also but haven't figured out how to get it to the show yet...

I've got a pair of hands, and no 02 to drive .... just in case you need to borrow them.  Perhaps @Tdh wants to join?

I'm in if you guys are.  My 14 year old son will most likely replace my wife on this trip.

I heard that SoCal Vintage was the best in the early 1980s before the capitalists took over.
