Texas Flood Vehicles

Depends on what kinda water it was sitting in. The flooded cars from Katrina weren't scrapped so mechanics were getting scratched by em when they worked on em and they were getting sick from getting cut by metal that was soaking in pooh water.

That 02 belonged to John from Houston.  Unfortunately, John was hit with flooding again and his home took on 7 foot of water.  He had placed his 02 on stands before the hurricane but with 7 foot of water it didn't matter.  Sucks in that this is the second time he's had to deal with his home being flooded!

I believe that car was at Mid America a couple of years ago, prior to the first flooding mishap.

^ Yeah i was thinking the same thing. A good pressure washing will take car of 90% of the outside. New interior, some time and love would probably make the car near perfect again.

Yeah the 02 could be saved, but all the newer cars with their mass electric/electronic systems are just doors and fenders looking for a new body.

If everybody in the room is thinking the same thing, then someone is not thinking.
