struggling with the forum

i am experiency extreme lag on this forum 

display and icons keep rearange itself while loading up the page thus moving up and down 2-3 times, i am often ending up clicking on the wrong item because of this

 

what am i missing ?

i run chrome with the latest upgrades on a high speed connection....

Works fine for me with FireFox and Safari.

 

Only re-arranging is the topic about the 'introduction to FAQ Memberships" once I start up.

I get lag with FireFocks, but we're on DeadSlowLine up here.

It's not the speediest on a fast wire and chrome, either, at work.

 

I'd suggest switching to MTL, M1 10-50, and maybe 80-140 in the router...

I have Firefox also...Just wait for 2 seconds it'll settle, then drive on

I too have had some issues lately. I have been getting this message a lot lately when navigating thru the site.

No issues for me.  As Steve said with the rollout of the membership levels, you will get better performance and less ads.

It's actually the FAQ Membership announcement that does it for me.  When the page initially loads, it loads the whole paragraph then decreases to the one line- which moves the whole screen around.

 

And I, too, sometimes get the screen about the site not being available.
