There probably were still some usuable good parts on the car before they ran it into the lake, but it was a little beat up before it went swimming.

Considering the trashed Bimmers in the James Bond movies and the ones in the Borne movies I imagine this '02 cost them about as much as the buffet lunch for the cast and crew for one day.

That woman was obviously the driver, she can't even seem to get her driving gloves off! And that man seems really pissed off that something breakable wasn't secured well in the spacious trunk that comes stock in every 2002! That whole situatiion has got me a bit queezy, I just may carry life vests in my trunk from now on!!!
