What other parts do I need for a 5 Speed swap

So i just recently acquired a 5 Speed Getrag overdrive tranny from a fellow 02er around the area. It is my understanding that aside form the transmission itself i will also need a few other things.

These are the few things I have so far

- The 5 speed Getrag Tansmission with clutch disk, pressure plate etc.

- 5 speed shift plate from Ireland Eng.

- Shirt shift Kit from Ireland

- Bushings for cross member

so what else do i need besides a cross member for the tranny a longer speedo cable and a suitable drive shaft?

Caution for those buying 6-hole guibos from BavAuto (as in my list above):

That one was crappy, flexed too much and shredded the outer edge against my shift rod after only 2 short test drives. ONLY purchase genuine Febi/Bilstein guibos. I replaced the BavAuto one with a good one from BLUNT.

depending on how much money you want to spend, a conversion can be done for half the cost of the above list.

please due elaborate I have so far

- 6 hole guido from IE

-longer speedo and trans link cable

- short shift kit

-215mm clutch kit with proper throw out bearing,

-cross member

-245 getrag 5 speed

- 5 speed shift plate

- trans mounts

might install with help of friend or take to shop as i have no tools for a job like this.... thats pretty much the only thing holding me back and a drive shaft..

guibo $50'sh

228mm clutch kit $240

323i throwout bearing $60'sh

new clutch slave cylinder $50'sh

new clutch master/slave hydraulic line - fabbed at a local hydraulic shop $35 ($70 bucks for a 18" hydraulic line is highway robbery)
