  1. Hey there, we have it for $477.70. And that 1600 is going to my photo gallery right now. It's absolutely stunning!
  2. Definitively check the engine grounds if not always make sure the engine turns freely. If those 2 are alright then replace the starter. Been there my starter was bad.
  3. Hey no problem, I don't have a lot of pictures of the car from the outside since I have rarely driven it (it's in the process of being restored). It drives very well I honestly can't find any difference at all from driving this 02" and one with original steelies. The match is perfect with the E21 rims. If the car was running right now I would take it out and shoot a pic for you sideways but right now it's partially dismantled. You can find a lot of pics with those rims on google images though it's a vary common swap.
  4. Not sure what is the offset on mine to be honest but I think they are regular 320i rims and ATE branded. Here's a pic for reference.
  5. Here's one of my fav vids that's kind fascinating from 1970 as well. Definitely NOT race car drivers, just people that imagine themselves as such and have a cruel awakening to the reality that they are not. Wow at 0:30 you can see a girl is clearly out of the car. That could have ended reaaaal bad.
  6. I felt my eyes sparkle when I looked at your kit. That will be fun! Looks awesome.
  7. I meant to say timing covers! Though my valve cover does needs some sealant it's badly warped . ATM I'd rather put up with the little oil seepage.
  8. I just recall I had a bad time trying to remove that damn pulley. After a lot of time and a lot of scrapes I managed. Do use some sort of sealer on the timing covers I was trying to be "too clean" and didn't use any now I got oil leaks all over the place. That's if you have to remove the covers....
  9. We have them too $41 each. You can see them on our online cat here: http://bmwmobiletradition-onlinecom.x-shops.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=2214&mospid=47140&btnr=63_0494&hg=63&fg=30&hl=25
  10. Wow! What exhaust hanger is that? We have the rear for $2.80 and the front for $1.86! Call me next time!
  11. I'm Very interested (if I can afford it) maybe I can think a little and offer you something? I want fresh new trim on my 02 once it get's 100's restored but it's going to be a while and it may be worth to spend a bit on these bits. Shipping is a bit complicated too with these buggers.
  12. Used to...1984" H5S a bit beat up... Front spoiler destroyed very very fast!
  13. That looks awesome! I can't wait to get started on this!
  14. Now that's interesting! What do you think those rear lamps came from?
  15. Need to get some of that 3M stuff I'm doing the same thing right now. Only that my pedal box looks like it belongs in the Titanic.
  16. Very nice tii! That guy needs to buy that vent grille asap! haha.
  17. Lots of socal guys, you should go to the next Bay Area 02 it's a really nice event.
  18. Hey we have them for $28.30 $65.10 for the set shipped. Give me a call if you are interested.
  19. My 2002 was repainted by the previous owner from its original colorado orange to this chamonix white color with the worst technique and care I've seen. It was then abandoned 12 years outside in the sun and rain (partially below a tree as well). The finish is shameful to say the least. So I decided to sand the finish with 1000 and 2000 grit sand paper, then use the Meguiar's DAMF system and the results are better than I expected! I sanded with a lot of force and still I could see a lot of orange peel but what the hell it looks 110% better. Let me know what you think. This is how it was: (The green specks is industrial paint that dripped from the roof....not a very careful painter). Removing the paint spots: Clayed: My super expensive super effective sanding block (I know very crappy): Sanded: (1000 then 2000) So this is how it looked: This is how it looks now: (Far from perfect but so so much better than before I could have gone much further though but didn't deserve the time on a paintjob I'm replacing). Hope you enjoyed the pics.
  20. How will you solve the contacting the owner part?
  21. You gotta love those weird coincidences. Doubt anyone would wire the lights through the starter
  22. That was a very interesting video! I had no idea at all. And is it just me or the 02" being towed away at the end of the video had flares?
  23. Congrats on your engagement! And glad to see the 02" is back on the road.
  24. Definitively repair it that car looks awesome. I wish mine looked like that, I'd trade you my whole running car for yours!
  25. We can get them all, email sent.
