I have it on good authority, that the US style blinkers were part of the "Sport Paket" (alloy wheels, Recaros etc) which could be ordered with the Tourings in Europe.

Some stuff do - but not those really. For example 4-headlight grilles on some cars are desired and they were standard in US. E21 only 323i had those in Europe.

Nobody want's -02 big bumpers and US blinkers and markers so sorry you're not getting rich that way :-)
