I guess there is min. spec but it's nothing to worry about. I've taken several millimeters off the face to lighten the wheel without any ill effects. I think I stopped at 10mm at the friction surface.

Front hubs last basicly forever unless damaged by something. Very broken bearing could do that but even then usually just the spindle gets hurt. Or seized lug nut could make the bolt spin and damage the hole in the hub. As long as nothing like that happens I believe you can find more useful holes for the money.

Sorry I didn't get you, what was missing? Wire set should be ready to install. There are different ends for spark plugs so sometimes you need to unscrew the nipple on top of spark plug.

    No, just the holes.

Wondering if I guessed what you mean. The flat rods from the big rear subframe bolts to the floor?

You should weld a piece of thicker sheetmetal and a nut on the floor inside. Then bolt it with M10. Welding the piece straight to floor is not a good solution for sure.

Tensioner looks fine to me. And if you haven't even taken it apart the priming shouldn't be the issue.

zddp won't hurt but it's not gonna fix the problem.

You're pretty sure the cam timing is right but have you really checked the alignment marks? Crank pulley at tdc mark and line at cam aligned with oiling pipe.

But I think that after all it could be simple as ignition timing too late. You say you just eyeballed it at the same as before. Try to adjust it little and see what happens.
