What type diff is this?Pic should work now

Could someone tell me what type differential this is?It is a new 3.9 from an E21.

We wouldn't have any clue without seeing the ratio stamped on the side of the case. When you find that, just divide the larger number by the smaller number and you will have your gear ratio.

LSD or Open.Can't find a good pic,and this is the only one I've seen so I really don't know.Please don't direct me to Real OEM.Diff is on my garage floor and I can't turn it by hand either.

You can count the teeth to work out the ratio. 40 teeth and 11 teeth is a 3.64 diff (40/11=3.64).

First post I said it was a 3.9,Beaner.Can't remember the exact figures.

Toby,it turns easily by hand from the drive shaft connection,but not from the stubb axle.Harv it's brand new ,that's why it looks so good.Got a brandspankin'new 5speed also.I think I'm set for the drivetrain.Thanks,guys.
