You are going to need more than some videos to successfully complete a rear bearing replacement. New bearings must be shimmed properly, bad things happen if not done correctly

Measure ypur old bearing width and compare it to the new ones if they are the same then you can reuse the shim pack for each side. The shims are more for machining differances than bearing width variation.

The shims are matched to the trailing arms, you need to keep them matched up.
 

For the stub axle - as Einspritz said - flip the nut to protect the shaft end and you can drive it out. I used a brass hammer and take care to drive it straight to protect the thread ends. The brass hammer will help protect too.

None, after all the work you need to replace the bearings,  you've done all the work to get in there do it right. One and done back there.
