It's my toast and I'll put it wherever it pleases me. Other people can, and will, put their toast wherever they like. That has no bearing on me and I don't give a... hoot... about whatever future potential ramifications may arise because I put my toast where I wanted to. I didn't put my toast there because I was concerned about the potential increase or decrease of my toast's value. I put it there because that's the location where my toast is the most value to me. If others are so concerned about their toast's value vs. location, they should be asking about it on The Motley Fool messageboard or somewhere. NOT HERE! Others are encouraged to adopt the same outlook.
