Replicating the rubberized coating on rocker panels

What have you guys used to replicate the thick, tough rubberized coating that is found on the lower rocker panels? It seems to be the same stuff used on the walls inside the trunk area. Would just a "rubberized undercoating" be good enough or is there some other awesome product out there? Please share!

When I had my car painted, I seem to recall the painter used something called "Schutz"??

store--you can buy a product called "ChipGard" either in spray cans or for spraying with a gun and compressor. Depending on how close/far you hold the can/gun you can replicate either a heavy coat or a light one. Works very well, and is available either in grey, black or clear.

I used a 3M #05910 rocker panel spray on my 75. comes in a large spray can, I think I used 3 or 4 cans .

3m body schutz. You have to get an applicator gun as well.

Make sure what you get is paintable and think about doing the lips of the fenders. The lips take some chip abuse too.

for the front wheel wells i just used Por15 and covered that with a couple coats of duplicolor heavy duty bed liner
