I ordered a Repa belt from them last year on 8/29, didn't get shipped out until 9/8. It took two weeks to get something from them that was supposedly in-stock per their website. Plus their customer service email is rogers.tii@aol.com, I mean come on now. Maybe I should check Ask Jeeves or browse pets.com while I'm waiting next time.
I almost exclusively deal with BluntTech now. If I send them an email I receive a same-day reply if it's within normal business hours, and Steve takes the time to explain the why behind some things otherwise unknown to me. Highly recommend them.
