Very, very, very nice!  Re-painted air cleaner housing is overly glossy, easily fixed!  Is the car wearing tii (5") steelies?

Certainly seems possible, outside of that air cleaner assembly, what appear to be incorrect earlier rear qtr window latches, chrome trim rings where headrests enter seat backs (thought they were black in '73?) and an antenna I've never seen before (unless the triangular base was painted black at some point?). But 45K??? Perhaps if it was a tii in a desirable color...
