  4. should be better with the guts installed, but, I would definitely check that the oring is installed as well
  5. No oil relief tube sticking out. Either you didnt have one or it wasnt installed or installed upside down or no spring. It is impossible to tell if the special o ring is on top of the oil relief pressure piston.

  10. While I temporarily have the front sub mounted and loaded, I continued to install the front axle bits.
  11. Its not a matter of holes in the MC it is the size of the port for the rear brake line where the Pre pressure valve mounts. The e12 MC does not have the Pre pressure valve either, Wilwood makes an inline 10lb pre pressure valve. I run the e12 master and have the gap in pedal feel where I did not have with the standard MC with the same brake set up.

  13. Ed, on the IE unit I was toying with, the base plate was different than the OE Bosch distributors, maybe they changed the base plate at some point but it was different enough. I may still have it, I'll check its compatibility later. What ever I was trying to do at the time I abandoned.
  14. IE distributor will not accept standard points and condensor or a pertronix unit. The distributor body architecture and the guts are proprietary. Other redundant information found elsewhere: traditional black and red coil are externally ballast resistance, blue coil has internal resistance, this may matter in regard to electronic/magnetic points replacement devices.
