  1. 15 x 8 will need to be 0 et. Only the flared guys can run it. I'd be interested in it in a 16" as well. Most people would be more interested in a 15 x 7 et 25 as mentioned above.

    Moving Day.

No updates. Still stuck at Bimmers. I moved to Austin, so I check in on it every month or so. Last time I checked the M20 was totally rebuilt, but they hadn't started putting it back together.
  3. Good luck! I know I'm in deeper than that on my M20 build, and I haven't even driven it yet...
  4. Congrats on the new car! I agree, we should all try and get together one of these days for a quick meet up.
  5. I just emailed Terry for more info. Sounds interesting!
  6. As you can see, there is a market, but you are going to have to put some effort into it. Ebay is good and may get you more money, but will require more work on your part to make sure you are representing things correctly. The FAQ is a great place to sell as well. We have a marketplace here, and you can search other posts to get an idea of the going rate of parts.
  7. Bravo. Looking really nice. Glad to see the project still moving forward.
  8. Gorgeous. So excited about this build. Keep up the good work!
  9. I'm in Austin. Head our way sometime.
  10. Ryan, I bought two of these new a while ago, and didn't end up using them. Shoot me an email and I'll get you part numbers etc and we can talk price.
  11. Most run 15 x 8 fit under factory flares, but with ET 0. ET 25 may give you problems. I run 16 x 8 with 205's up front and 225 in the back. It's about as wide as you can go without getting into a lot of work.
  12. I'll be in Austin by the 15th. I have a spare cluster that you are welcome to.

    Moving Day.

    Thanks Steve!
  14. #3 in line with a spare set to sell.
  15. Or you could just do an M20 swap. Very similar power. Lot's of documentation.
  16. I'm getting close to 4 years since I bought my first 2002, and still at zero drive time. Definitely feel your pain. Your next session behind the wheel will be a sweet one though. Hang in there.
  17. Are there any out there that allow you to use your car as a daily driver? Mine will be my primary car, but I would like closer to 30k worth of insurance on it considering how much money I've dumped into it.
  18. Got mine in the mail. Kit looks amazing. I hope to get it installed in the next few weeks.
  19. Are you just talking about the old project blogs section? http://www.bmw2002faq.com/forum/14-project-blogs-archive/

    Moving Day.

Heading to the mechanic to start putting it all back together. Moving day. Heading to Bimmer Motor Werks. The two kids got to spend a little time together. I also delivered a car full of new and used parts to Aleks. He's going to get working on everything this week. I'm sure it will be a couple weeks before I see any real progress. He's doing most of the work himself.
