  1. cars all done and runs nice i had a exhaust sytem put on it last week 1350$ for a complete sytem from the header back .it sounds like alot of money but their was alot of work welding hangers .the thing is solid as a rock . i took it to a tuner show ( you know rice burners ) those kids shit their pants when they saw the work that went in to this thing . now i have to get it to tech inspection so i can do the BMWCCA drivers ed school in aug . i'am sure i'll have to fix something

  3. first thing i would do is find all the grounds ( look on your drawing ) and clean them any rust between frame and connetor will give you a low voltage reading . and if you can change out a wiring harrnes you can fix this problem. good luck
  4. i just used the windage tray out of the s14 motor no problems so far. the little notch in the backets i welded on is for the dip stick and the sump i put in is for the s14 oil pump its a little deeper than the 02 pump

  6. this stuff is 10 times nicer than OEM cost about 90$ from JC whitney its the 3/4" stuff comes in one sheet 32x54 enough to do one hood .use the good spray glue 3M brand

  8. its a little tricky , put the frame on the glass then put the window in. it helps if you have some extra hands . put it in place and pull the rubber back far enough to put that little f-----g screw in ( a little trick put some crazy glue on the screw and glue it to the screwdriver) it helps if someone holds the window out a little while doing this .. good luck
  9. i'am prety sure one from a small block ford will work . the spline is the same (bring the clutch plate with you ) but you have to cut the nose diamiter down a little , i have a lathe so its no big deal .but i bet you chuck it up in a drill press with a big file and make one . any good auto parts store 5 $ .... just a thought

  11. had to have it 2004 C4S with 23k on it . don't worry i still have 4 BMW's two bikes and two cars .this thing drives roller skate theirs somthing to be said for technology
  12. i just used the m3 baffel .i welded some tabs on the inside of the pan and used 3/16 ss rivets
  13. if you have address you can do all sorts of things to him .first of all every flyer that falls out of a magazine put this address on it and make sure you check the box that says bill me later . fine the local news paper or pennysaver online and place a free add for a tag sale or your giving away free stuff , furniture,appliances,etc,etc, pick up only he'll have every f--king illegal in town knocking at his door . thats just a few thing .don't ever f--k with me paybacks a bitch
  14. cut all your line to size than go to a brake shop and have them do the bubble flairs . save youself the headache
  15. the pedal is hard as a rock and i am using my whole foot on it the car does stop but i think c.d may be right and i have to get the pads set a little more . the pads are just stock pads
  16. i can't get my brakes to lock up ,front or rear .i have a tilton pedal setup with two M/C both 7/8" willwood calipers on the rear and BMW calipers on the front .the car stops but i can't get the wheel to lock up .their is no air in the system i bled them several times with a presure bleeder .the pedal is firm and hard .i have all SS lines .any ideas ??? have to go to the outlaws for easter dinner i'll be back

  18. the problem with race car parts is their never garenteed they have no directions with them .your on your own but i would try to bolt it to and old head on the bench without a gasket and see if it lays flat see if you get a feeler gauge anywhere between it . it might pull in try it first . its the welding that wraps the metal
