New Shop-Finally

We don't have too much of a formal announcement yet, but we've ALMOST completed moving our entire shop to a location almost 3x as large as our old shop.

Check out some pix here I have some cool shots of 5 02s on flatbeds etc that I will post later:

The old shop served us well, it saw the business grow from an after work hobby to a full fledged restoration shop of course with encouragement and more importantly business and reccomendations from many FAQ'ers.

We just plain outgrew the old shop, and anyone who's been there in the last couple years could see that the space we were in was an impediment to efficient work flow. I rented that shop 9 years ago to kill time after work and work on my own projects, and with a LOT of help from my brother Dan as well as all the guys who worked in the past (and the four who currently do) for me its really grown.

Contact info is as follows as we have had some logistical problems that saw my internet down, email down and/or phone down. I dont want to get lumped into the shop that disappears category you know.

Shop number (860) 793 2002 (thankfully I was able to keep the 2002 number)

email: matt@sports-car-restoration.com

Actual physical address is 123 Whiting St, Unit J, Plainville, CT 06062

Its been a huge undertaking moving about 30 project and parts cars, and tons and tons of spare parts, but we took the time to organize the new shop properly so that work will go smoother and better, once we start working which I really want to do.

We're still working on some wiring and infrastructure issues, but we can actually almost work on cars here! This is a relief because I am better at working on cars than moving them.

I have also of course found that among dusty boxes that I had not peeked into in years, that I have some really good parts (trim, mechanical body, interior) that I may never need. I have too much to list and not the time to do it, but to anyone looking for parts, let me know, I have tons of stuff that I going to put up for sale soon!
