The Vintage, Hotsprings NC

Well, we made another vintage in Hotsprings and again we were not disappointed with the number and quality of cars present.  Did anyone have any problems with parking while at the event?

Gale, as you'll recall a purchased a sway bar from you.  Thanks again, BTW! I believe I saw you pull in w/ your white 2002 but afterwards I didn't see / catch up w/ you.  I had not planned to attend however decided late to do so a went in my camper van (stayed across the street).  It was a great show, I thought!  Just a couple of pics I took...

Hated to miss this year's Vintage (I think the first one I've missed since the very first event at Westbend Winery).  Unexpected family health situation trumped car fun.

Glad everyone had a good time, and hopefully made it home without any personal or automotive trauma.  Already planning for next year's event and caravan.

Our first Vintage. Had a great time. No problems parking. The Rally on Thursday was fantastic. Also happy to see other tourings at the event. One was a twin to our Inka.

Life is too short to drink bad beers or drive boring cars. Just don't do both at the same time

I had a great time walking the field at my first vintage. Never seen so many e30 M3s and 2002 tourings in my life. That one in florida paint had me green with envy. Hats off to the older gent driving a '70 1600. Original owner. That car was truly an inspiration to my project at home. Great conversations with folks, too. Although didn't come across any FAQ'rs. In fact some folk had never heard of it? Looking forward to getting mine there some day.

That was Stan Hortin from Atlanta with the survivor 1600.  He would laugh at "older gent."
