Yes, Steve I understand your inference. The comment appeared to just be discussing this thread. Not everyone announces their ownership and car. I have been here for a long time and not posted pics of my car. I am sure you and I could sit here and pontificate about the intentional day.

Understood, and I'm sorry for the confusion I caused.

I still, however, distinguish general "lurking" from these facts. If photographs of your car -- new or old -- appeared in a forum, along with discussion of and praise for your car, would you still lurk silently? Most people would not. Some might. Of course, this supposes that you both go on the forum AND happen across the photographs and discussion of your car!

I, personally, hope the present owner of this car IS on the forum and comes forward, but I also wish to manage David's expectations.

Best regards,

Steve

The current owner may recognize a more descriptive subject line. Hint, hint...

I took several pictures of a Schwarz car outside Korman, posted them here and was "chided" for taking pics and posting them here.  The car was beautiful so I had to investigate.

The car had a Behr A/C console but did NOT have a visible VIN tag on the steering column cover.

So it sounds like it (vin 3750677) was last seen at Korman. I wonder if they would remember it. Steve at NW Aston Martin wanted to preserve the privacy of the new owner, which I understand. Perhaps it's in the hands of a private collector. I know for me it was too nice to drive. It will surface again - someday

Perhaps Steve can pass your contact info to the new owner, leaving it up to him to make the move.
