Does anyone have a cad drawing of the door panels for the '02 or know of a source for them?  I can draw them if need be but there will be some trial and error.  I want to see if I can cut the door cards on my flatbed router but need an accurate vector drawing. 

 

I want to do the same thing with the trunk panels but will start with the doors.

Re trunk floorboard panels:  be advised there are a couple of variations:  one for early roundies that don't have the internal vertical protection panels, another for roundies with illuminated rear side markers and yet a third for squarelights with rear quarter reinforcements.  We won't get into Turbos and Tourings...

I bought and installed a set of Aardvark's door backing panels last year. Very high quality fit and finish. Super easy install and results look great. Only issue is you have to transfer a metal strip along the top from your old cards to the new ones and that baby is really on there. Lots of prying and bending of tiny little metal tabs to get it off. Also, I bought their silver Mylar strips to redo the chrome trim on the inside of the doors and had absolutely no luck getting it to stick. Ended up painting the trim with a chrome paint. Good enough for me and easier even with all the tape masking I had to do.

You'll have to draw your own, but for someone who owns a flatbed router it shouldnt be too hard. Just draw it up in Autocad and make a trial or two. Shouldnt be too hard! Good luck!
