How To Use a Timing Light SCHNITZER

A story from 60's tells they had locked distributor without any kind of advance mechanism. The car was started and warmed up and then the advance was set to max power with the light. It wouldn't start or idle with the race setting.

That could be what's happening it the video. I don't remember if the story was about Schnitzer team but it's from friend who worked as mechanic then and they did run some Schnitzer cars.
