My 2002 diagnostic tool demo (wunderbox)

Tuned up cxzsaq's tii today using the wunderbox.

It makes tuning a breeze.

You have full control over the start / run / rpm. Especially good when trying to dial in both timing and mixture on a motor.

No need for a old analog rpm gauge that you have to connect to the coil.

FYI, dwell was reading ~52 degree with a pertronix ignitior. This was with a (from advanced distributors) rebuilt 008/002 mechanical advance distributor.

imagine now if you would have an 02 sensor, even a narrow band would be helpfull...

it can read the signal from the controler of most wide band unit as long as it is 0-5v

0v=10 afr

5v=20 afr

or AFR= (v*2)+10

otherwise it can read any narrow band sensor.

you can change the 02 sensor parameter/type inside the tune box with a jumper. default setting is off.

We had a wideband gauge in an unfinished car, we taped the gauge to the rear view mirror!

A wideband O2 is the only way to go for tuning a tii.

On my own car I'll probably get that extra pin in place for the wideband, so I can read it directly off the unit.

i collected way more request/names than anticipated so i temporarily disabled my e-mail button.

Will probably call for a 3rd run in few months as i am gathering enought pars to make 50 more pcs.

Local pick-up is certainly possible, but i dont have any assembled at this moment.

I plan to start another batch this fall, soon.

I keep record of all the request and process them by priority of arrival.
