    Top left hand corner there's an "Article" tab (Next to Forums) You can hover over the tab and you'll see "Technical Articles" click that and a drop down menu will appear. From there you'll click on "Body and Interior" and at the bottom of that page they'll be an "Add new article" button in blue on the bottom right hand corner.

    There are many ways to go about doing this. If it isn't going anywhere anytime soon then I would strip the whole roof to bare metal then epoxy primer over it. However, if you're going to strip the whole roof you might as well strip the whole car because if the roof is rusting you may find little surprises under the paint that haven't really surfaced yet.
