  1. Thanks FAQ, I just purchased a set with the help of this site. I was contacted within 2-minutes of my post
  2. I'm looking for a duel side-draft manifold 831-262-2853
  3. I'm running 17 x 7, ET 25 in the front, 17 x 8.5, ET 25 in the rear, rolled lips
  4. I've driven by this car several times, it was bad. When ever I had a estimate in the area, I'd check it out
  5. @Simeon; I had four of them at one time, but that was over 10-years ago, somehow, one came up missing. So the Lynx made more sense, with a stock motor, and I still had three of the flat-slides already, just sitting, collecting dust. Here is a couple of photos of my Bro's car with the 4-44 Mikuni's round-slides on his circle track car
  6. I'll be doing the work at the end of May, as soon as I get back from "Bimmerfest" in Fontana Ca. I'll post the results when it's complete
  7. 38mm Keihin flat-slide motorcycle carbs that have been hogged out to 40mm, mated to the "Lynx" manifold. I ran these carbs on my "Pro-4" when I was racing circle track. I'm going to do the install after Brisbane and Bimmerfest
  8. Make sure the spring is seated correctly, my coil springs will rub against the rim
  9. Spring time in Pacific Grove California
  10. If any of you "02" peeps are wanting to get out of town for a little gathering, come on by. It looks like we have around 5 to 8 "02's" that will make a show www.javaandjalopies.com 7:am to 9:am
  11. I was at BMW of Monterey, and they had the left rear one in stock, Mike Hayworth showed it to me http://parts.bmwmonterey.com/
  12. I put a "Cut-off" wheel on one of those Harbor Freight air tool, cut the rubber on the front side, then just push it through, took about 5-minutes. Putting it back in was a little slower. Not a difficult job, MUCH faster with air tools/impact wrench etc...
  13. I had a "Made in Germany" Guibo last about 5000 miles (it was on the tranni when I bought it, I'm not sure how many actual miles were on it before, but for sure, my 5000 miles). Replaced it with some CRAP one that lasted 1000 miles. Then I replaced it with one from "Ireland Engineering", it went about 6000 miles. Now, I bought one from "BMW", 3-times the price of "Ireland Engineering", I'm only about 700 miles into this one, I report back at 5000 miles. From the looks of yours, you got one of those cheap Asian ones
  14. I just received my info regarding payment, I saved just over $82, purchasing through them. My order was placed on January 21st, they responded to my e-mail from January 26th.
  15. I sent an e-mail to Alex, if I do not hear from them by tomorrow, I'll re-order
  16. I check spam and clean it like 20 times a day. I've e-mailed kundenservice@wallothnesch.com, like 4 times. I have my printed info with a order number. I'll try an e-mail Alexander Nesch next. January 21st was the day I ordered
  17. I ordered a front strut tower brace from WallothNesch a couple of weeks ago, and have not received any response from them. They said that they would send me a link for payment, but never received it. I've sent them multiple e-mails, but not one reply, is that common for them? I've never dealt with them before
