    This came off an early Tii that was hit hard on the side and the fuel gauge was working before tank was removed and emptied, and this tank has been dry and stored for over 20 years. I wire brushed the exterior surface rust, primed and painted it gloss black. There is a few dents on the bottom of the tank, surface rust inside the tank.     exact copy of the stock fenders i made the molds from two brand new oem fenders even the weld marks look real even though they were fiberglass fit and finish is good and they do not rust!

    The Parts will be sold as a package with the '73 '02 in my first post. 1.Alpina wheels 15 x6 and 15 x 7, all professionally sandblasted ready for paint. one wheel needs to be repaired has a ding/dent in it. 2.Early Tii Gas Tank in good condition surface rust on some spots 3.Later Tii Gas Tank, in good condition 4.pair of Tii struts complete with calipers and shocks and springs 5.Early complete Tii Motor 276xxxx vin came from as car that was hit hard in the back. will need to be checked as it has been stored since 1980. 6.Ti motor bare 169XXXX later model head (1981), will need a ring job and valve job (the intake manifold and distributor in the pic is not included) 7.Euro E12 520 motor (9:3:1) bare (long block) will need to be overhauled. 8.Pair of Scheel seats that came off an Alpina B2 E9 CS. missing side covers and one seat needs to be recovered on the bottom side bolster. 9.Chrome Bumpers: 7 pieces 1.pair of '69 (in good condition), one '69 front missing bumperettes needs refinishing.) 2 pairs of '72-73 bumpers needs refinishing, all straight except for one rear center has dent on it. Pair of stock '02 struts complete with springs and calipers from a good running car. 1600 head complete E12 head and 121 head bare 3 MM 92 mm pistons with conn rods used.     I need to clear some garage space, I will sell only as a whole package you pick up everything. I know I'll make more money if I sell them all on Ebay separately. I am in Toronto Canada The car originally from NJ. is a '73 '02 sunroof model (malaga), 8x,xxx miles had an engine fire the mid-80's and was parked after that engine fire, stripped the whole car, professionally sand blasted and primed the spots where it was blasted, rockers and shock towers solid, it will need minor rust repair on some spots on the front floors, driver's side frame rail, spare tire well and where the heater blower motor area is. it will need front fenders as the PO sold them off. The tobacco brown interior is in good condition no rips or tears. bumpers are straight may or may not need to be rechromed. front and center grilles are in good condition.this car is complete, and have another complete wiring harness. The parts will be listed in the next post.

    you meant a 324 in the a4s. dbilas makes brand new cams in that duration ground from blank billets the faq store sells it. i would not buy used cams as they are at least 30 years old now and may have pitting hairline cracks etc....you also have to change the internal cam on the kfish to match the cam. btw the a4s is rated at 195 hp with 11:1 forged pistons, i have an old 1976 german mag with the a4s in it that tells all the specs. the early 1600 alpina race/rally car i think used a 336 cam.

    There is two options for you first is the turbo look (airdam flares and trunklid),second is the alpina wheel arch flares with the alpina airdam and turbo trunklid. They are all available from the FAQ store

    It pays to go to auctions too you never know what you might find. I always wanted a tricked out or bastardized '02, and I just got my wish granted today. Schnitzer wide body with what type of airdam? It will take a lot of work on the interior and roof. The wheels that came with it are gone so that is the first thing that I will look for now. Whoever put those projector lights on the ducts is out of his mind. I was thinking of putting BBS Type e30 three piece wheels 8" front and 9" or 10" in the back problem is finding tires for it. Anyways here ya go guys!

    Price is reduced to so buy it now and save it for your tii. $500 obo These came off an early low mileage (under 80k) good running 72 Tii that I parted more than 20 years ago that was hit hard in the back. Reluctantly selling but I have two more sets so this has to go. These parts are NLA from BMW. All the parts have been cleaned prior to storage. Last time I priced for one injector it was $500 each.     those are vent outlets for the fuel bowl chamber you can cap them but i'd leave them alone.

    soft mounts are lousy they always blow/leak or melt due to the heat, use the oem ti bakelite spacers instead

    floats are not set right, in can be hazardous to you and your car especially if the the car backfires then ignites the fuel in the carbs resulting in an engine fire. replace your dizzy with a mech. advance one as side drafts and a hotter will benefit from it. switch to electronic ignition too.

    with the cam tool you can, you have to remove your radiator, fan front cover, and center grill. it takes at least 3 hours to do it.

    albert of austria, heidegger, ats and alpina made aluminum oil pans, very hard to find nowadays.

    you carbs are brand new? were they jetted properly, post your jet specs. loss of power may be timing related, distributor new or old? idle jet may be too small? another cause might be your throttle is not opening up fully check linkage movement and see if all is opening up when pedal is depressed fully. you did say in your post idle is ok, so is your sync right on, have you checked all 4 fuel mixture screws if they are all in sync (turn screws either way find the highest idle and leave it there and move on to the other 3 screws)? cheers, dave
