I see a pristine looking Turbo hammered at 154K at Mecum's ( Glendale, CA) on Friday

Sorry: $154K wouldn’t even be a benchmark for a tii! ? I’m guessing the current turbo benchmark is north of $200K. ?

Na, as far as I know the highest auction result for a 2002 Turbo was at Gooding Amelia Island in 2018. Another one hammered for $192.5K. We subsequently sorted it for the buyer a year later when I was still at Casey Motorsports. A very nice original, it only really required sorting and some other detail work to be driven more often than it had previously.

2002 benchmark is in the $300000 range for a turbo and there was a rare pristine alpina a4s that sold recently for about the same price as well
