Actually, a bit later than 1969. The Modell 71 — knee trim, bumper rub strips, long-tail rear bumper — did not exist until April 1971...

And it looks like it has 5" rims, so may be a tii...  and that 30's looking car immediately ahead of it is a Citroen Traccion--they built that car from 1934 until the DS series came out in 1955...

They must have a lotta people in that '02, look how squatted it sits and how much the rear wheels are tilted inwards.

Photo is more related to the motorcycle like I used to ride in 69.   Spectators are looking at the bike, not the car which just happened to be there.
